Pocou Acquapark will be built in phases, with a timetable already defined. Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2026. The inauguration of the first phase of the park is scheduled for December 2028, including a wave pool, children's area, concierge, parking lot, restaurant and all the necessary infrastructure to welcome members. The following phases include new attractions and are scheduled for July 2030 and July 2032. Throughout the process, members will receive official and transparent updates on the progress of the project.
The Lifetime Passport guarantees lifetime access to Pocou Acquapark, and the accommodation is part of a complementary stage of the project. When they become available, hotels and chalets will be offered separately, with special conditions and exclusive advantages for those who are already members.
Yes. The holder of the Lifetime Passport can register up to 5 dependents, who do not need to be related to the holder. These people are entitled to use the ticket according to the rules. In addition, the holder receives 2 extra tickets per month, which can be used by anyone, as long as the guests are duly registered before access. These tickets are monthly and non-cumulative, i.e. they renew every month. This flexibility allows members to enjoy the park not only with their family, but also with friends and guests.
Yes, dependents registered with the Lifetime Passport can use the park without the presence of the holder, following the rules for using the passport.
The Lifetime Passport has specific transfer rules set out in the contract. In other words, the possibility of transfer or resale exists, as long as the contractual conditions in force at the time of the request are respected. These rules guarantee security for both the member and the enterprise, maintaining the organization and sustainability of the project.
After the park's inauguration, a maintenance fee will be charged, as provided for in the contract, currently amounting to R$ 98.00, with the possibility of readjustment according to an official index, such as the IPCA. This fee guarantees the continued quality of the park, including maintenance of the attractions, safety, operation and improvements over time, so that members always have the best experience.
Dependents can be updated through a specific annual window, defined in the regulations. This period allows the holder to organize and adjust their dependents in a planned way, ensuring more control and balance in the use of the Lifetime Passport.
